Hadnt been here n years! I recently moved to Pekin so I stopped n for their wonderful chicken noodle soup!! It was the same homey atmosphere, sweetheart of a waitress!! And the Chicken Noodle Soup is just as delicious as I remember!! I will b back!!!! ...
The chicken patty melt is better than I could have asked for the cobbler is made with love ......you can tell .....just try it ..... chicken and rice soup is awesome ....and too top it off they have poutine fries ......its clean staff is great ...couldnt ask for a better experience.......
After seeing this Diner advertising so much delicious food on an East Peoria page we decided to check it out. I have to say its a small town feel as soon as you walk in. Very clean inside for being that old school feel. The food was awesome and cannot say enough about it. I would recommend trying this place out for sure.
First visit. Went for breakfast with wife. Order 1 Overeasy eggs were perfect, hashbrown cooked just right and the bacon was so flavorful. Wife had hash and said is was really good. Will definitely be back. Service was super and the prices are reasonable.
Excellent service. Waitress was friendly and knew when to check at the table for refills and if the food was to our liking.
My husband and I stop here for lunch. The food was so good, server was awesome. All around everyone was friendly. We both wished we left enough room for dessert.
If you are looking for a Mom Pop place to eat with delicious diner food at a reasonable price, this is your place. In our case, my brothers name is Mike so naturally I had to bring him there to eat.
